Brian brings to his work a lifelong commitment to make civility and kindness part of our daily conversations.  A resilient thinker with over 25 years of experience in corporate sales, operations, client advocacy, employee engagement and culture building, he works tirelessly to help companies bring respect back to the internal and external customer experience. Whether he’s speaking to a room of 500 people or a group coaching session of 3, he is working to create solutions that can be win-win for all involved. 

Brian has an in depth understanding of the issues and challenges surrounding the creation of winning teams and a workplace culture where everyone can thrive.  He is a proponent of empathic leadership and advises leaders to model the behavior they want others to display. As a Regional Director for AT&T, he led a California statewide initiative to partner with chambers of commerce and vertical business associations to develop a successful affinity partnership program.  Brian’s other positions within AT&T included Northern California Area Sales Manager for Global Business Solutions, Program Manager – Customer Experience, Senior Sales Executive-Business Smart Moves, National Account Manager – Associa Property Management and Call Center Manager supporting new emerging technology.

Over the course of his career, he’s had the opportunity to work with some of the sharpest minds in the telecommunication, real estate, healthcare and education industries.

He is a certified social and emotional intelligence coach devoted to helping professional men and women develop their talents by enhancing the soft skills necessary to effectively manage themselves and their relationships. Studies have shown that our success in life and at work can be influenced far more by our social and emotional intelligence (SEQ) than by our cognitive intelligence (IQ).

As a speaker Brian has been a keynote and featured speaker for audiences ranging from AT&T, Comcast, American Cancer Society, UC Davis Medical Center, California Lottery Division, UCLA Head Start, County of Sacramento, Alameda County Sheriff’s Assoc, etc. He is also a 2015 TEDx presenter.

He has been happily married for 29 years to his wife Lynette and he is the proud father of two sons, Avery, a 2018 graduate of Sacramento State University and Justin a 2019 graduate of UCLA.
